Home watch is a scheduled, documented visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues while the owner is away. It's different from property management: we don't collect rent or handle tenants. Our job is to catch changes early, like a failed gate, storm damage, or signs of water intrusion, then document them and make sure you know about them.
How Is Proctor's HomeWatch Different from a Property Manager?+
Property managers exist mainly to serve tenants and rental income. We exist to serve the property and its owner. We're proactive instead of reactive: scheduled visits, photo-documented reports after every visit, and a local professional ready to respond when something needs attention.
What Do I Get After Each Visit?+
A detailed digital inspection report with photos, answering three questions: Is the property safe? Has anything changed? Do you need to act? It arrives by email after every visit.
What Happens If You Find a Problem?+
You'll know about it the same day, with photos. If it needs immediate attention, members receive priority on-site response. If permanent repairs can't be completed right away, we secure the property and help coordinate next steps.
